We protect quality from production to your kitchen with a controlled cold chain. London delivery Monday–Saturday, plus nationwide chilled or frozen shipping by partner couriers.

Cut-off rule (simple):
Orders placed before 08:00 can usually go out next day. After 08:00 = plan for 2 days (especially for made-to-order items).

We deliver across London with temperature control and careful handling of MAP-sealed trays and frozen goods.

For outside London, we ship using selected cold-chain partners depending on product type (chilled/frozen), destination and order size.
