What is your delivery cut-off time?

As a rule, orders placed before 08:00 can usually go next day (when available). After 08:00, plan for 2 days depending on production and stock.

Do you deliver frozen products?

Yes. Frozen items are held and shipped at −18°C where required. We confirm the best service depending on destination and product format.

Can you deliver outside London?

Yes. We arrange nationwide cold-chain shipping through selected partners. Send us your destination and product list and we’ll quote it.
