GIO & GIO Fresh Pasta is a boutique pasta manufacturer based in London, specialising in premium fresh, pasteurised, and frozen pasta for restaurants, delicatessens, wholesale distributors, and independent retailers. We focus on small-batch production with precision, consistency, and the flexibility that large industrial producers can’t offer — every order is made to specification, with attention to detail from dough to delivery.
Our pasta is produced using traditional Italian techniques on professional equipment, combining craftsmanship with reliability. Recipes are honest and focused on flavour — no preservatives, no artificial colours, and no unnecessary additives. All pasta is made exclusively with free-range barn eggs, and semolina (wheat) is always declared clearly as an allergen.

We supply a flexible range tailored to hospitality and retail: fresh pasta in MAP-packed trays (typical shelf life 14 days), pasteurised lines for extended shelf life, and frozen filled pasta & gnocchi blast-chilled to −18 °C at core for food service and export. We also support custom development — shapes, doughs, fillings — including fried ravioli projects for manufacturing and horeca.
Distribution is handled through our own temperature-controlled logistics across London, with refrigerated and electric vehicles to reduce emissions and protect the cold chain from production to delivery. Nationwide shipments are arranged weekly via selected partners.
